Laser Engraving Marking Machine LP1
The LaserPecker LP1 was the very first model in the LaserPecker series, pioneering the concept of an ultra-compact, portable laser engraver. While it has been basic work on your light printing or engraving to surface.
Key Features and Capabilities (LaserPecker LP1):
- Laser Type: Typically, a 6W or 1.5W 450nm Blue-Violet Diode Laser. This is a low-power diode laser.
- Engraving Area: Very small, usually around 100mm x 100mm. This limits the size of logos and text you can engrave.
- Engrave Well: Wood, bamboo, paper, leather, fabric, felt, cork, some plastics (especially darker ones), fruits/food.
- Engrave Passably (may require adjustment/coating): Some painted metals (e.g., painted aluminum, anodized aluminum), some darker opaque acrylics.
- Cannot Engrave: Bare metals, transparent materials (glass, clear acrylic), ceramics, stone (most types).
- Safety Features: Basic safety features compared to newer models, often relying on user diligence. May include simple overheat protection.
Recommendation:
If your primary goal is reliable LOGO & Text printing on various surfaces, and you anticipate doing this frequently or on metals/plastics, you should strongly consider newer models like the LaserPecker LP2, LP3, or especially the LP4 or LP5.
